It’s interesting how in interviews the CEOs of Anthropic and OpenAI never mention the specific people who build particular features or tools inside the company. They usually just say “an engineer,” “someone on the team,” or “we built it.”
It seems like they intentionally avoid highlighting individuals in a way that might increase their visibility or value outside the company.
The only exception seems to be the creator of Claude Code, but even he doesn’t mention the people on his team who are working on Claude Code.
