Change needs to happen, guidelines need updating, advanced male factor testing needs to become available to all and not by exception or to just those in the know!!

If I was thoroughly screened earlier I wouldn’t have had to endure the heart ache of two miss carriages, failed rounds of IVF and watching my partner struggle.

It’s about time we recognised the importance of investigating men thoroughly if they are diagnosed with infertility. Pushing them into ART with no investigation means underlying conditions are missed.
