Their short-term thinking really pervades everything now, including tech, society's attitude toward higher ed, etc.

For all of the flaws in cbb media, listening to cfb pundits and bloggers makes me really appreciate the hoops guys a lot more. The majority of them at least like the sport and actually get its appeal. We don’t have, say, CBS guys running around saying we should eliminate autobids

A not totally insane scenario: The Patriots fall in love with Shedeur, and instead of trading the #1 pick, they trade Drake for a Top 5 pick. They could then potentially draft Shedeur AND Travis. And then, for the hell of it, fire Mayo & hire Deion! Whaddya say @kevinwildes??
