I never knew how the hell you people did that. Our tv couldnt pause the transmission of shows. Did you guys have a way to record it on your tv so you could pause the show? am i too poor to understand this?

Ignoring the fact that Homelander literally overpowered 3 supes at once.
The show literally goes out of its way to mock, shame and humiliate Homelander each season. But constantly teasing that if Homelander went off the deep end millions would die.
That doesnt happen, Homelander does nothing with his new found power so at the end Homelander without powers isnt significantly more pathetic or humiliated than the writers had alread been doing.

I honestly don’t understand why people are complaining about Homelander’s ending in the final season of The Boys. Come on, it’s the finale. Butcher and the team had only one real chance, so obviously they were going to go all out. And realistically, Butcher and Ryan are strong enough to challenge Homelander. I don’t see the issue there. People also forget that Homelander was never some honorable or ethical man who would rather die than beg. Once he lost his power, he lost everything that made him feel superior. At that point, survival became his only goal, and he was willing to do anything for it. Honestly, it’s pretty well written. People are just overanalyzing and making it more complicated than it is. And let’s be real, it’s still a better finale than Game of Thrones and Stranger Things.
