@antonyslumbers Heat pumps are "no good" in countries with poorly insulated, drafty homes (i.e. the UK). Assume that most Finnish homes have lots of insulation, are pretty airtight, with high performing windows and doors...

@LorenDeFilippo In the metaverse, the two constraints don't apply, so no-one should expect that RE assets in the metaverse will behave as in the real world. So the pricing of assets in the metaverse will be very volatile and at risk of being a bubble based on what is on trend at the time.
