I regret the day I walked into the @Airtel_Ug shop to purchase the so‑called 5G Unlimited Internet device. Its performance is unreliable, functioning only when it chooses. Each time I contact Customer Service, I am met with the same scripted response: “I’m going to forward your case, someone is going to follow up.” Unfortunately, it appears that I, the client, am the “someone” being referred to. 🥴 I’m so done with his thing.

Mbarara city company responsible for parking. I noticed something that’s not right. After parking, you find a group of about three surrounding your car. One with clamping equipment. What’s happening? You parked here months ago & didn’t pay. You try to figure out when but you pay to avoid embarrassment. 6 months later, you meet another group at your car with the same complaint. You remember you cleared that. You pull out the receipt & they try to work their phones. Verdict, the receipt is not in the system. You go to the office & you are told that some operators printed their own receipts. You’ve to pay again. This is unethical & disturbing. Please, sort out this mess asap @MbararaCityUg @KakyebeziR
