Transport Sec @Heidi_Labour says most of the HS2 budget was blown without a single meter of track being laid.
New estimated cost is £87.7bn - £102.7bn!
Partly down to underestimating real cost, also inflation.
Trains won't run until May 2036 - Oct 2039!
