So far after 12 hours I’ve managed to get everything working in the game I wanted. Only a demo for now but I think I’ve proven to myself using these features aren’t that hard. The design needs a bit of work though. Will share soon

@robcoomber The majority of games are on the platform. It’s only a select few big titles that aren’t on it. The majority can be added very easily but most of us would prefer a legal way to buy games on Pico rather than porting them.

@AndyMorphs It’s hard to know until you have all the numbers in front of you. Piracy is another variable here as well. I really like the pico headsets and platform, I hope their new headset what ever it is will be a reason many VR devs start bringing their games over.

For years now I’ve seen VR game devs say how the can’t bring there game to Pico because it would cost to much to do and not worth it for the amount of sales. It’s only recently I’ve started to think did meta discourage these companies.

Fully finished and passed my apprenticeship! Finally I can now concentrate on YouTube again.

I’m thankful for steam frame and the advantage it’s going to give to Pico. Any dev making a steam APK version of there game is also making it for Pico. Even if they don’t know it

VR needs no games tbh - it has no players it has lots of shills tho trying to sell latest shovelware and hardware for many months now their main gig has been hyping up the Frame can't wait for their "was it worth it?" videos 6 months later when bored and waiting next headset

@bozoid I totally understand there’s always been expensive headsets I have them myself. My point isn’t that it’s the general public and general tech reviewers who’ll compare the price to Meta. Just like they did with the AVP. Oh it’s 7 times more expensive. I’d rather have the AVP

lol blame Meta for everything overpriced pcvr headsets have been a reality forever, way before Meta Meta not only brought prices down, but also tons of games - that's now over just blame beloved companies that do absolutely nothing and buy yachts with fanboy money
