@British_Airways hi, I emailed customer service almost 2 weeks ago, regarding a flight that was cancelled less than 24 hours before departure. Nobody has replied to me as of yet. This isn’t acceptable customer service

@British_Airways The email was was in relation to submitting a claim, that stated I could email as a follow-up. Really poor customer service
