@Al_Humphreys I swam down the Seine in 2012 Paris triathlon. Still can’t believe they allowed it to happen! But was quite a cool experience swimming down through central Paris and getting out at the Eiffel Tower!

@HoveSweetHove99 @peterkyle @SouthernRailUK Andy idea what happened to the direct trains to London Bridge from hove/portslade. I moved here in last year and that direct train was one of the reasons. Now I can’t find any evidence it existed!

Sometimes rail companies are their own worst enemies. The 8 car train from Victoria to Brighton has nowhere to sit without being directly next to another, yet @SouthernRailUK refuse to declassify the empty 1st class compartment. Tired people choosing to stand instead 🤬
