30mins for a usually 10min bus ride from Langlands to Elizabeth St. I get some things are unpreventable, but we gotta do better with the number of cars on the road.

@Scotty_McDonald Not to say it can’t be done, there are plenty of people who don’t put in 100% when WFH that can slow down work that would otherwise be rushed out in the office. I’m not against WFH but there should be a balance/ hybrid solution that doesn’t create a culture of complacent workers

@Scotty_McDonald I think there should be a happy medium of inclusive flexibility (if you need to work from home for whatever reason it should be accepted) but on the same side of the coin, it shouldn’t mean you abandon office attendance entirely.

@Scotty_McDonald I hear the the same rhetoric from most tenants - they don’t think they’ll ever go back to fully occupied offices but will never go full WFH, their biggest issue is staff engagement and productivity - they need office structure at least 1-2 days a week to keep staff on track.
