@18002096006 How can customers get proper service in Leh when this is the condition of your service centre? I booked my Bolero Neo for servicing on 23rd April 2026 at your Leh service centre. It is 11May26 nd still your staff are only giving excuses instead of fixing the vehicle.

Alarming! What could be the reasons in the case of Ladakh. Too many roads being constructed? Does it also include areas proposed for the mega solar park in Changthang area ? Via @kevin_james9595 #ladakh

In the education conclave today at Leh @lg_ladakh made an interesting comment on teachers and said, " I was dismayed, pained and disappointed that some teachers went to CAT and they said we don't want to do the winter education classes. Now I got 950 students' feedback and after winter classes 950 students did better". Since I am the Counsel for the teachers in CAT, I would like to clarify a few facts for LG Sahib:- 1. The teachers are not against the remedial classes but against the night residential hostels which compel them to work as wardens and superintendents which are administrative jobs and beyond the scope of teaching. They are happy to take remedial classes for any duration during the day. 2. The residential hostels for classes X and XII which the Education Department Ladakh is running at the moment are in sheer violation of the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights guidelines, Section 27 of the Right to Education Act, The Juvenile Justice Care and Protection Act 2015, the CBSE Hostels norms, the Disaster Management Act and various rulings of the Supreme Court. The CAT had asked the Education Department to answer whether these laws are being followed but the Education Department has answered none of the queries. 3. The Education Department has already admitted in CAT that it is voluntary for the teachers to stay in night hostels, however, despite that the night hostels are still compulsory for the teachers. I would request you to read the two orders the CAT has passed about the teachers, especially its comment ( attached below ) about punishing teachers for going to court. Someone is misleading you and briefing you with the wrong information. Please have a proper meeting with the Home Department, the Child Welfare Committee, the Juvenile Justice Board, the teachers concerned, and others as stakeholders before continuing with the night hostels. Your concern for the students of Ladakh is truly appreciated but certainly not at the cost of the safety of the teachers and students whom these laws have been made for in the first place. #Ladakh
