@GWRHelp are their issues signing in today? App and website say my email address does not exist, when it does exist, I have reset password and can sign in delay repay, but not your app or website to buy tickets and won’t let me buy a ticket unless signed in

@GWRHelp Thanks,, a stretch of the seawall has collapsed onto the track, that will be fast work if they manage to clear the tonnes of debris off the track, unless they close just the track next to the seawall like they have done on other occasions over the years.

@GWRHelp It looks like Dawlish seawall badly damaged and debris on the track, doubt trains will run for some time, I presume you will have regular coaches in place between Newton Abbot and Exeter for Monday morning, for commuters, students, school kids, etc.?

@edfenergy when will the issue be fixed with prepayment smart meter top ups, it’s been almost a day since I topped up with your app and still the credit not on my meter, no text message with manual code, etc, very poor service

@edfenergy I was told on the phone there is a problem and not to worry as working on it and affecting everyone, non disconnection policy until 11am today - but I will be at work when that runs out, presume you will extend the policy time until everyone’s top ups have been added?

@StagecoachSW Is it true you are not reinstating the open top bus from Paignton to St Marychurch via Torquay this year, even though Torbay Road Paignton and Torquay harbourside are open to vehicles this year! Very disappointing for both locals and tourists alike!!!!!

@adventuresbybus I hear you have scrapped the open top bus service this year and not even running a closed top bus, so no direct buses for locals and tourists alike from St ives to St Michaels Mount - Marazion or to Lands End, yet service was always busy! Very bad!!!

@GWRHelp @fcaidan @StagecoachSW Why did your app and Paignton ticket office say could use rail tickets so on the stagecoach number 12 bus, when stagecoach number 12 bus driver said no, wont accept! Okay for me, I ended up going home to work from there instead, but not everyone can do that
