Not my experience, but posts like this show a common issue sa PLDT — “up to” speeds vs actual performance. Dapat mas transparent sa expectations.

di na nihiya si @ConvergeSupport! since saturday wala kaming connection. 3x na kami nagfollow up through DMs, calls and emails pero walang nangyayari. 48 hours resolution daw pero 4 days na di man lang bumisita technicians niyo. nagbabayad ng maayos yung tao tapos gagaguhin niyo?
