Also @PLDT_Cares please change your SOP sa FB messenger. If a customer doesn’t have WiFi connection (Kaya nga nag reach out), how do you expect them to respond right away?? tapos you will close the conversation. Stop with the bots and AI, and give us human CSR jusko
