Truly embarrassing that Norwegian Air's flight from Copenhagen to Edinburgh has taken off on time, and yet the @easyJet flight that I'm waiting for doing the same route is delayed by at least 5.5 hours. And for this - £12 which we can't actually spend anywhere near your gate

@MBonvoyAssist I don't think you understand - I have received no communication from Marriott customer service themselves. They have continue to let the hotel lie to me. No one at Marriott is holding this hotel accountable - they'll just continue to do this with other customers.

When we checked in to our @MarriottBonvoy hotel a couple of weeks ago, they cancelled our booking, rebooked us at a higher rate, then tried to gaslight us into thinking they hadn't. Marriott customer service has done nothing. This is surely illegal?

@MBonvoyAssist I've already done that and you told me to email customer service, who as I've already mentioned do not care. They have left it to the hotel to deal with who continue to gaslight us.
