@JustJake Yes I think AI does replace a ton of UI e.g. for simply fetching and displaying data. But for APIs I agree with you. That being said if every API was an agent with a memory and it ensured type validation going in and out, could that not technically replace the API layer too?

Very wrong, very dangerous You want your APIs to do the exact same thing, every time AI is great at many things; reproducibility is not one of them

Che è possibile non fidarsi al primo colpo delle notizie, non fidarsi di un punto di vista un po' troppo fazioso, applicare un po' di pensiero critico, e pensare "ehi, aspetta un attimo: questo probabilmente è falso". Lo fate per gioco, ogni 1' di aprile, per 24 ore di fila, per ogni cazzata che sentite e che leggete, e subito dopo andate a controllare, per capire se quella notizia era affidabile oppure no. Questo è fact checking. E vi divertite pure a farlo. Non è magnifico? Provate a farlo anche negli altri 364 giorni. Potrebbero succedere delle belle cose.

✍🏻 Nessuno lo dice, ma uno dei problemi più grossi del calcio italiano è questo: le piccole squadre trattano i loro giocatori italiani come se fossero opere d’arte inestimabili… peccato che poi il mercato non sia la Pinacoteca di Brera. Prendiamo il caso Davide Frattesi: 6 milioni di prestito + 27 di riscatto + 5 di bonus + 6 di contropartite. Totale? 44 milioni. Quarantaquattro. Per un giocatore che, a voler essere generosi, ne vale forse 10. Forse. E poi ci chiediamo perché i talenti italiani non arrivano nelle big o finiscono all’estero a fare panchina fissa, bruciandosi anni di carriera. Forse perché qui diventano improvvisamente tutti “top player” a listino. Altro esempio: Giovanni Leoni. 35 milioni al Liverpool. A 19 anni puoi mai andare a fare l’ottavo centrale in rosa in premier ? Ma davvero questa è una scelta sensata? In Italia chi avrebbe mai messo 35 milioni cash su di lui? Nessuno. E infatti è finito in Inghilterra. E poi c’è il grande classico: Domenico Berardi. Accostato per anni a tutte le big di Serie A… e sempre rimasto dov’era. Perché? Perché Giovanni Carnevali chiedeva 40-50 milioni. Così carriera intera in una medio/piccola, zero esperienza internazionale. E allora poi non stupiamoci se le squadre italiane vanno all’estero: con quei soldi in Ligue 1 ne prendi tre, quattro, cinque magari più giovani, magari più forti, sicuramente meno “gonfiati”. Giusto? Sbagliato? Non lo so, io preferirei gli italiani. Però poi guardiamo dove siamo finiti… e forse i conti tornano. Lorenzo Lollo

@lauriewired CS is always cool, however, it will not be cool in a business environment. CEOs from small to big companies, decided that AI can code faster, iteratively. I had experience with a CEO literally ditching project management completely, their idea was to use ai to code, debug and fix
