The child had suffered 40 injuries including external and internal bruising, and a fractured arm. Detective found videos on Varley’s phone, recorded earlier that day, with the boy lying on the bed with respiratory arrest but the defendant did not seek medical help. Varley is charged with: murder, manslaughter, two counts of assault by penetration, five counts of cruelty to a child, grievous bodily harm, sexual assault of a child, 13 counts of taking indecent photos or videos of a child, one of distributing an indecent photo of a child. A month before the child’s death, Varley told a social worker he wasn’t “bonding” with the child and was having “dark thoughts” about him, including thoughts of drowning or suffocating the baby. He said he would never act on them.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ They let him keep the baby anyway.

One of the most obnoxiously retarded things on the internet is when somebody posts a video of them practicing some skill, and some low self-esteem dumbass has to chime in and try to make themselves feel better by adding some fucking goofball criteria to try and invalidate the person showing off their skill. I just saw a video of a high level 3 gun competitor quad loading a shotgun (which by itself is a skill) while walking on a treadmill, which is a cool way to practice quad loading on the move, and OF COURSE along come some fucking dumb asses who we all know can't shoot worth a shit in real life to say dumb shit like "Flat Range! In real life ground not level!" No shit, fuckface? Sadly the locals frown on people practicing quad loading in the the park. Any video of shooting skill, regardless of what it is, there will inevitably be some of these dumbfucks. "Try dat when da targets shoot back! TWO WAY RANGE!" Yes, thank you, we know that you shoot once or twice a year while standing behind a table but by the power of ALMIGHTY MINDSET you are better than people who actually practice. It isn't just low skill gun dorks. Every field I'm even sort of familiar with has these bumblefucks. Anything involving martials arts, "that won't work on teh streetz! Just stand up! I SEE RED!" I'm assuming this is the same for racing, any athletic endeavor, or playing an instrument. "Oh you think you're so cool, but could you play that guitar WITHOUT HANDS!?!" Try that while THIS! Even though THIS is usually some retarded fucking criteria that's got nothing to do with what's being practiced AND it is pretty much fucking guaranteed that the person actually training and putting it out there will still do better with that bullshit criteria is tacked on there than the low IQ mouthbreathing dorkass loser talking shit on the internet. Last year I put up a video of me doing a clean sub 7 second Vice Prez (just an El Presidente without the turn) and I had some stupid motherfucker say "Try that after running fifty yards!" Which is fucking stupid, because why would I be doing that? If I'm running 50 yards I'm running AWAY from the shooting. But just to spite this vapid fuck, I did run it again after running fifty yards. And I did that four fucking times in a row, just to prove a point. I dropped some points was all. And what did that accomplish? That fucker slunk off and I immediately got a new fucker crying about "Try that when the targets are shooting back!". Well, gee whiz, thanks fuckface. I never thought of that! I'll go down to Home Depot and hire some day laborers, hand them all a Glock, and get right on that for you! But even after that triple homicide on video along will come some new dumbfuck throwing out some new dumbfuck criteria to negate it. The only way to deal with these dorks is to mock them, because everybody knows they suck, and are just trying to bolster their sad sense of worth on the internet to a bunch of strangers who all think they're lying dumbasses anyway. And people who actually do stuff and try new things, keep being awesome because it pisses these losers off!

So instead, American taxpayers have been paying $40,000 every single time to replace the entire system, multiplied by four times a month, for two decades. That is NOT a procurement problem, that is a shakedown, and it is exactly why right to repair has to be in this year's NDAA.
