My points might be slightly off, in terms of where the Starship enters above the US, but this trajectory is actually really really good.
It utilizes flying over the desert and little to none populated areas. It does briefly fly over Mexico, but just before landing.

The FAA has released a draft assessment covering new Starship contingency zones near Hawaii and South America, plus an additional northern re-entry route. These contingency zones would be used in an event where Starship is unable to complete its planned return and landing.
