@NotEvolution1 Theyre both evolution,which happens gradually. In fact you cant prove that organism A cannot evolve into organism B over an eventual time horizon. Theres no way to prove it. Theres plenty of proof things evolve in general however.

The principle of losing weight is running a calorie deficit. No matter how many "hormones" you have, you can still lose weight by not overeating.
