Still broken. Counties couldn't even mail voter registration cards. Thousands of voters had no idea if their polling place changed or if they were still registered. TEAM was still misdirecting voters on Election Day. 4/ These aren't "conspiracy theories." These are the county election officials themselves — the people running your elections — documenting in writing that the system was broken and voters would be harmed.
