that's funny because so many cases of other people that do the exact same charges and they get way less years all the time.... and they have more arrests then this guy this is his first shooting case and no one died. 2 other cases but non shooting related. assault and theft charges. but i guess Tennessee has stricter laws on people who commit crimes compared to other states. if someone died i wouldn't be saying shit about this
