Last night, I experienced my first true night terror. Woke up absolutely terrified and screaming for my life, which then caused my wife to jolt awake and instinctively join in on the screaming. The audio captured by one of our cameras is beyond chilling and I'm still trying to mentally process everything. I don't recall having any nightmares that may have caused the terror, but I had several very lucid ones once I was finally able to get back to sleep a few hours later. I'm exhausted 😩
