I messed up my order at @MOO (left the template layer on 🤦🏼‍♀️), but I had used a discount code that's now expired. I asked if they'd honor the code on a new order, and they gave me an even better one to use! They absolutely *did not* have to do that, but it's just one of the many reasons I've been a loyal customer for many years. They also didn't make me jump thru 186 AI customer service loops. Simple, friendly customer service - what a novelty these days!

@MOO I wouldn’t order from Moo, AWFUL customer service. I placed my order on 4-28 and my estimated delivery date was 5-8 and it is now 5-13 and no updated delivery date even though i have called multiple times. I have an event in a few days and am now stuck #fixthis #bebetter

@MOO Hey, MOO...SPECTACULAR DELIVERY FAILURE from your incompetent vendor. Delivered time sensitive items to the wrong address who failed to notify us. Now cards are trapped in a closed store and I have to travel to event. You have failed miserably on something very important.
