Dear @flipkartsupport, impressive efficiency — closing chats without resolving anything! Delivery keeps getting “rescheduled as per my request” (which I never made), and agents even threaten for OTPs while support gives fake assurances. Frustrating!

@flipkartsupport You have crossed all the limits of denial, where at the end you will convey the issue is resolved. Who are you trying to win from here? Because as a customer I still have the issue no matter what you write.

However in return, I am getting different responses from all of them.
For someone the parcel was not picked up, for some of you it was successfully delivered after getting both the OTPs.
