Dear @flipkartsupport, impressive efficiency — closing chats without resolving anything! Delivery keeps getting “rescheduled as per my request” (which I never made), and agents even threaten for OTPs while support gives fake assurances. Frustrating! @binnybansal

@RapidoCares As said on the call, I have shared the entire details to your 10+ team members. However in return, I am getting different responses from all of them. For someone the parcel was not picked up, for some of you it was successfully delivered after getting both the OTPs.
