The mind, like your body, gets sick and like a house, it’s easier to see cracks on your wall or broken windows but not easy to see electrical faults until the house burns down or you have outages and system failure - often too late!
Mental health conditions operate in ways that aren’t always apparent from the outside. Depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and other mental illnesses can be profoundly damaging even when there are no visible markers … and as human beings, we ignore what’s not visible to us yet the impact on one’s overall health is severe and may be even more severe than the injuries we can see 😥

Former Greek finance minister Yanis Varoufakis says that the conflict in Gaza is being utilised as a laboratory for technology firms, such as Palantir, to train AI and data-gathering products. Beyond the political failure of the “pseudo-ceasefire”, Varoufakis says that global tech giants are exploiting the mass displacement and movement of Palestinians to refine their algorithms.
He detailed a conversation with a tech insider, formerly of Palantir, who reportedly described the “Gaza event” as “exciting” for the industry and how high-volume data generated by the bombing of densely populated areas is being harvested to develop AI products. These algorithms are then rebranded as civilian tools for managing emergency logistics and hospital systems in the West.

I don’t know if anyone still cares, but today alone 28 people were killed, among them my friend and his family, without any guilt. This is no longer breaking news, but a scene that repeats itself every day. They talk about a ceasefire, yet what we live through is continuous death, continuous lies, and deadly silence.
We are living the worst days of our lives, literally. No safety, no mercy, and no end in sight. How long will we keep counting the dead and being buried with them psychologically every single day?
What is more brutal than the killing itself is that when we went to bury my friend and his family, we couldn’t even find a stretcher to carry the bodies. There is no medical equipment in hospitals, and no building materials to make a grave. A human being is killed for no reason, and after death there is no grave, no dignity. Even saying goodbye has become impossible.
Our lives here are turning into a real hell, day after day. What is called a ceasefire is nothing but a trick to numb the world and calm the headlines. Speak about what is happening to us. Write. Share. Your posts make a difference and create real pressure.

URGENT AND ALARMING…
A mysterious virus is spreading rapidly among children in the displacement camps, and no one knows its exact cause yet.
Some doctors believe it's being transmitted by the rats that are swarming these overcrowded, unsanitary areas unfit for human life.
The symptoms are severe, and the number of cases keeps rising…with no available treatment or even proper diagnosis in exhausted Gaza.These children have no immunity left too weak to face a new virus after surviving hunger, fear, and constant displacement.
The situation is spiraling out of control, and no one is stepping in.
What’s happening is a crime in every sense of the word, and the world must not remain silent.

No one understands what's happening…relentless, hysterical bombing since dawn until now.
Gaza is collapsing once again, and fear fills the streets and tents.
Explosions are hitting everywhere schools, homes, and even tents are not spared.
Everything is being targeted, as if they’ve decided to erase all signs of life here.
People are running, children are screaming, and shelters are nothing but a distant dream.
A “ceasefire”? Just empty words that mean nothing here.
The war never really stopped it was just catching its breath and now it's back, more brutal than ever.
Who will stop this hell?
Who will prevent the next massacre?

Gaza is now completely submerged the scene is unbearably harsh, beyond description.
Water has flooded everything. The tents couldn’t withstand the heavy rain and have torn apart over the heads of women and children, who have nothing but their shivering bodies for shelter.
Just moments ago, a crumbling wall collapsed on a small child who was running to escape the downpour. His condition is extremely critical, and no one has been able to pull him out yet.
Rainwater, mixed with sewage, has flooded the tents, contaminated the food, soaked the bedding and even reached our living, breathing bodies.
We are being bombed from the sky, drowning from the ground, freezing from the cold, and starving to exhaustion.This is not just a storm… this is a deliberate catastrophe, left to finish what the war did not.
We are not asking for the impossible just caravans to shelter us, to protect us from the rain, from the cold, from death.But it seems the world doesn’t care about even the most basic human rights.
Pressure them. Speak out. Do something. Just don’t stay silent.
Because the world’s silence is a partner in what’s happening to us.
