@VirginAtlantic We have spoken to the call centre and they have been unable able to help as its cruise admin that are supposed to be dealing with it.

Fuming with @VirginAtlantic Due to travel this Thursday and spelling error on a name still not sorted despite being made aware three weeks ago, and no travel documents sent to two people due to travel with me. Sort it out please!!! @MSC_Cruises_UK

@VirginAtlantic @HPierre78 In this day and age no one wants to speak with a customer and would rather send an e-mail to get it off their desk. Poor service @VirginAtlantic

@ToxicFox absolutely gutted you haven’t responded to any of the e-mails regarding an order made over 3 weeks ago!!! All our our friends have received their personalised towel for our trip to Ibiza except one friend. I am disappointed at the terrible customer service received.
