If you need a lift on #WorldCancerDay2023 make sure you watch this video of 2 year old Tadhg ringing our End of Treatment bell. Tadhg's cancer treatment ended 2 years ago but like many others he was unable to ring the bell during the pandemic. Yesterday he got his moment.

@VirginAtlantic We have spoken to the call centre and they have been unable able to help as its cruise admin that are supposed to be dealing with it.

@VirginAtlantic Yep. The customer service is shocking. It shouldn’t take a social media post to get them to sort. Travelling is stressful enough as it is without all of this.

@VirginAtlantic and @MSC_Cruises_UK keep blaming each other for who is responsible for the name change. Does it matter. It’s an E that needs to be added to the name. It takes two seconds to type it 🤦🏼♀️
