The @ClooneyFDN and @CEHRI_1 filed a case with the Austrian federal prosecutor today urging an investigation into sexual violence and murder committed by Russian forces in #Ukraine. In this groundbreaking case, which targets both direct perpetrators and high-level commanders, CFJ and CEHRI represent two Ukrainian women who were raped by Russian soldiers during the full-scale invasion. Meanwhile in Russia. Putin pardoned Nikolay Ogolobyak, a satanist originally from the Russian city of Yaroslavl, who had been sentenced to 20 years behind bars for ritual murders. In 2008, he, as part of a group of seven, slayed and dismembered four teenagers while chanting incantations and steeping their faces with blood. The sect used to kill stray cats and dogs. This guy Ogolobyak was supposed to stay in prison until 2030. But hey - Vladimir Vladimirivich is in endless need for cannon fodder that must kill and die infinitely so that he can live another day without admitting the failure of his Kyiv-Within-Three-Days War. So the devil worshiper and slayer in prison enlisted in Russia's Shtorm-Z units, spent six months on the front in Ukraine, got invalided out, and then returned to his home city. Now, this guy roams the streets of Yaroslavl, drunk and yelling his head off, as Russian media say. That's quite a deep depth of hell Putin has hammered Russia into, don't you think? Фонд Клуні подав до прокуратури Німеччини три справи про воєнні злочини росіян. Юристка фонду Анна Нейстат пояснює, чому це важливо 👇 Двадцять шостого жовтня фонд Амалі та Джорджа Клуні «За справедливість» подав до Федеральної прокуратури Німеччини матеріали про злочини російських військових в Україні. Їх збирала команда програми Фонду, що називається The Docket. Фонд просить німецьку прокуратуру розпочати розслідування цих злочинів. Організація представляє інтереси шістнадцятьох постраждалих і сімей загиблих з Одеської, Харківської та Київської областей. Ідеться про невибіркові масовані обстріли, про незаконне затримання та страти й про всі форми переслідувань українців на окупованих територіях. Півтора року команда опитувала свідків, проводила польові місії, аналізувала документи, супутникові знімки, проводила OSINT-розслідування, консультувалася з експертами для того, щоб зібрати всі необхідні докази та назвати імена злочинців. Крім німецької прокуратури, The Docket також передала ці досьє Офісу прокурора Міжнародного кримінального суду. 📍Які саме справи подали до Німеччини 1⃣ Ракетний обстріл в Одеській області влітку 2022 року. Тоді від атаки загинули 22 мирних мешканці, серед них одна дитина, ще 40 людей отримали серйозні поранення. Російські бомбардувальники Ту-22 випустили надзвукові ракети Х-22, які частково зруйнували кілька цивільних будівель. Жодних військових обʼєктів поблизу The Docket не виявила. Є матеріали, які доводять, що цей обстріл — частина ширшої практики росіян. Від початку повномасштабного вторгнення російські війська завдали щонайменше 31 удар ракетами Х-22. Вибір такої зброї, вважає The Docket, може свідчити, що атаки невибіркові, а отже це порушення правил ведення війни, що є міжнародним злочином. The Docket у цьому кейсі представляє інтереси одинадцятьох сімей загиблих і постраждалих. Також команда проєкту довела, що застосовують ракети Х-22 і обирають для них цілі лише після схвалення на найвищому рівні — в Головному управлінні Генерального штабу Збройних сил рф та інших службах розвідки. 2⃣ Катування і страта чотирьох чоловіків у Харківській області. The Docket представляє інтереси родин трьох із чотирьох загиблих. Цю скаргу команда подала спільно з українськими правозахисниками з Truth Hounds. З аналізом відкритих джерел допомогли Bellingcat і Global Legal Action Network. Частина міст і сіл Харківської області була в окупації з березня по серпень 2022 року. Село, де затримали чотирьох чоловіків, було під контролем так званої «Луганської народної республіки». Чотирьох чоловіків затримали в березні 2022 року, протягом кількох місяців їхні сімʼї не мали жодної інформації про них. Пізніше місцевий житель знайшов тіла трьох чоловіків у лісі поблизу села. Тіло четвертого чоловіка знайшли на узбіччі дороги й поховали в братській могилі поблизу Ізюму. Сліди на їхніх тілах свідчать про те, що їх стратили. У цій справі The Docket вимагає розслідування щодо тринадцятьох командирів «ЛНР» і російських підрозділів. 3⃣ Страти, катування, сексуальне насильство, мародерство та інші злочини під час окупації Київської області в березні 2022 року. У фокусі цієї справи територіальна громада на північному сході від Києва. За даними органів місцевої влади, у цій громаді за час окупації росіяни вбили 177 людей, зруйнували 266 будинків, з них щонайменше 70 спалили навмисно. The Docket, зі свого боку, зібрала докази 28 вбивств, пʼяти випадків зґвалтувань і катувань вісьмох людей. Юристи команди представляють інтереси чоловіка, якого катували російські військові, а також сімʼю чоловіка, якого вбили. The Docket просить розпочати розслідування щодо пʼяти російських командирів.
