@MdNabilAhsan I haven't been asked fun facts in any interviews lately! However, I feel like they always ask that when you start a new position, or switch teams at work haha. I literally have 1 I just use every time.
English

@syswarren rock climbing, walking outside, gardening, reading good books (not self help or tech related, needs to be more fun), writing letters, deleting all social media, sewing, creating art, playing an instrument, and seeing my friends.

@darianrosebrook @figma So true. It's really hard to get something that everyone knows how to use.
English

@darianrosebrook @figma I feel this in my soul! My executives keep wanting powerpoint or google slides and it makes me die a little inside. Sooooo much harder than using Figma. Sometimes..... I make it in Figma and just add it as a picture. Because it saves my sanity haha

@annaecook I get just so excited about the learning aspect in design. There is always more to learn! I love that I can just deep dive into so many different things, and there's always another layer to uncover!
English

@conniechiiiwa I'm so sorry. That's awful. I hope you land somewhere that appreciates you more.
English

@BillGibsonDev @nicolefranq I've had the best luck in person. Talking to people running booths at local events for non profits (like arts centers, nature preservation groups, etc.) And they are always happy for the help!
English

@Annaisdesigning @nicolefranq Do you have any resources to find non-profits that need help? A website or where to look? Thanks
English

@jesumbo_oludipe @nicolefranq I literally just asked people in my community! I went to some local events and talked to the organizers and people running booths for non profits! Most non profits need volunteers and are really happy for the help
English

@Annaisdesigning @nicolefranq Please, where can one get access to these non-profits to volunteer?
English

@GretSeat @nicolefranq My first full time job WAS really good pay. But I wouldn't have gotten it without the experience I had.
English

@GretSeat @nicolefranq When I say for free, I volunteered my time doing work for a non profit. Not a tech company. And not a lot was a part time contract job for a tiny tech company that was hourly ($23, more than I'd made elsewhere but low for tech) for 6 months before I landed something full time

@bookishseawitch A top reason I know my partner is the one is that he waters all my plants, and does a great deal of gardening because he knows I love plants, but I am incapable of keeping them alive.
English

@nicolefranq I'd love to be part of the community! I've been a UX designer for 3 years
English

@nicolefranq I think it really depends on the company culture! Mine has unlimited PTO, and on average everyone takes 3-4 weeks off in a year. All the leaders take regular vacations and will tell you to take some paid time if they notice you haven't in a while
