@cjsbishop Minister Martin has faithfully implemented the plan National left for OT, and I thank her for that and securing the finance to do it. The transition plan in particular has made a huge difference to the lives of those youth in state care ageing out and being supported.

Just explain this please.. Someone returns to NZ. She is quarantined. Her father is dying in his own home. She isn’t allowed to see him..because? He is dying. She cannot harm him. Every person who has asked for an exemption in similar cases has, we are told, been refused.
