@Anne_E_Mercer The great thing is that Portland has great public transit/a lot of ride shares, so there aren’t too many places that are inconvenient to stay in. NE Portland will be your best bet. S Portland is good too but further away. NW is downtown and will probably be pretty pricey.

@ashcommonname Learning what a "manual brew" was at the coffee shop next to my first apartment. After coming out of college surviving solely on K-cups & Dunkin', it totally changed my perception of what coffee could be & launched me down the rabbit hole of specialty coffee.
