It’s atrocious. We were told by @FlySafair to wait at boarding gate, don’t go far. Now sitting here for 2 hours. NO communication on ETA. You should rather have given us the freedom to wait in the lounge or elsewhere - to at least charge laptops and get food. Shame on you!

@FlySafair And incredible lack of communication from @FlySafair - many of your passengers, including myself received no updates via any of your channels. No updates to airport screens nothing. Only by chance checked your website. Your customer service has really dropped!

Poor service from @LiftAirlineSA use to be my carrier of choice. No more. Flight delayed by an hour then had us sit in a hot plane for a while then told another technical difficulty and now sitting on the tarmac @ortambo_int in the heat. Disgusting service. Up your game!
