I was there on January 6 with my nephew. I did not go inside. I did not have any altercations with anyone there. I watched peacefully. I spent the next 2 years worried that the FBI was going to come knocking on my door. We put up a slow if security cameras, and made plans incase that happened. Living in fear if YOUR OWN GOVERNMENT is the worst fear to have. I hope the J6ers are paid WAY MORE THAN 1.7 BILLION DOLLARS! Full disclosure. I beg any of you people who keep calling me violent, and an insurrectionist to find one picture of me violent. I’ll even give you some money from the fund. 😊 I wasn’t violent. I entered the Capitol to escape the chaos outside. I spoke calmly with multiple officers inside and left peacefully on my own. They charged me with 4 misdemeanors and threatened me with RICO. I pled to “parading” and signed a deal for probation and a fine. Two weeks later, while my son was in the ICU (and they knew this by the way) they changed it to: 2 weeks in federal prison, 3 years probation, a fine, 50 hours community service, a court-ordered psychiatric evaluation, and mandatory drug testing. All for parading. All to crush me. Law enforcement officers and lawyers have told me I was severely overcharged. People who were screaming, disrupting Senate hearings, and breaking into chambers got summary offenses far less than what I received. We deserve case-by-case justice, not being lumped together. What happened to many of us was wrong.

Heres the actual charging document. Well, you can frame it however you want. It wasnt treason or insurrection. It was illegal picketing, as explained to me by ajudge Hogan and my attorney as I was wearing a political statement on my T shirt and shaouted "Stop the Steal!" No parade or demonstration. Heres a frame for all your liberal hate. Illegal picketing is a Class B misdemeanor and has the same sentencing guidelines as walking your dog off leash in a federal Park. Thousands of Americans before me and hundreds after we're given $50 tickets for the same charge. In fact the charge is so slight they dont keep records officially. So if you find any others besides J6ers let me know. The J6 sentencing is easy to find, which is why i quote mine for the state. Democrat persecution of Trump suppprters continues. Non-violent civil disobedience was purposely incited to riot. Poloce brutality, Feds, Confidentiality, ANTIFA counter protests disguisedas Trump supporters, and plants paid by the SPLC were used create a riot to shut down reading of election irregularities at the joint session of Congress. So, much planning went into this. Pelosi hired a film crew and told her staff to take the day off. Many democrats think these protesters should have been gunned down entirely and think protestors deserve to be beaten and shot to death.
