@AnnieConstable3 @Ancestry Absolute joke mate. Exact same thing happened to me with The Athletic. I ended up threatening them with the FCA and they eventually paid out so maybe try that.

Signed up to @Ancestry free trial to try it out. Didn't find any relatives I didn't already know about and found the platform clunky. Received no reminder about the subscription and have now been charged £70 for a subscription I do not intend to use and I've been refused a refund

Crazy that in the current environment global orgs like @Ancestry can trick you into paying so much for a service you don't need or want. Absolute Charlatans!
