@bt_uk we moved our services to Sky in April 2025. Following a complaint ( ref C10001199364) we finally got a refund for money owed, a year later. But you still haven’t closed the account, as evidenced by the latest bill. #Hotelcalifornia ‘youcanneverleave’? Please sort it, PDQ.

@bt_uk No I won’t do that. I have spent far too many hours of my life at various times over the last year trying to get this sorted. Please pass this to the complaints team - the agent I spoke to on 5/3 promised to sort it. Another epic fail.
