@amynewby99 @bookingcom If you ever get a refund watch that they don’t deduct taxes, I only got 80% back for cancelled flights so have gone down the section 75 route with my bank to get the whole amount back

@bookingcom Please help as getting nowhere via email. Booked car hire in Menorca which you’ve taken payment for (£720+) yet you have not fulfilled the booking. Had to book another car with a separate company. Need refund- provided proof via email- pls advise next steps.

@bookingcom but this is the issue- no one seems to be able to help and refund the money taken for a service you have not provided? It’s simply not acceptable to take money when you have no intention of providing the goods. I would like to escalate my complaint- please advise.
