Air Hostess Neha of Indigo Flight 6E6313 (Raipur to Delhi, 16:50 departure) denied a Diabetic passenger access to the washroom at 6:15 PM despite sufficient time before landing, and when requested she misbehaved with the passenger. The flight landed at 6:35. After deplaning also, she didn’t allow to use the washroom. Who takes responsibility for such behaviour by flight attendants towards passengers? Passengers deserve dignity and respectful treatment, not arrogance. @DGCAIndia @IndiGo6E

Great news for Puneites! The wait is almost over for the highly anticipated Hinjewadi to Shivajinagar Metro. The first phase of this metro line, which covers 12 stations from Maan to Balewadi, is officially scheduled to begin operations in the last week of June. Officials have already successfully completed the trial runs on the entire route, and final security inspections are currently underway. I grew up in SE TX. There was a similar refrain from some about Mexicans moving in. Grumbling about having to do signs and “press 2 for Spanish” public services, etc. It will be fine as long as they assimilate. It takes a generation or so. I live in a big city with +60 % Hispanic population

My mamaji is on ventilator. He had all his life’s savings within PSU bank in FDs. All his accounts have been sealed as due to being bed ridden he could not do re-KYC in person. His kids asked bank to take humane view. Bank said if he cannot come in person, accounts will not open. FDs in PSU banks can be useless in time of need due to KYC regulations. @narendramodi @RBI this KYC mess is draconian. Please help in this time of need
