All gun control laws are infringements. Every registration, permit, ban, confiscation order, and magazine limit rests on the same assumption, that you are property of the state and your right to defend your own life exists only by bureaucratic permission.

New Hampshire’s no income tax status is a cornerstone of our freedom and should be protected permanently. At the same time, keeping cannabis illegal means we’re sending tens of millions of dollars every year to Massachusetts, Maine, and Vermont instead of keeping it here. According to state fiscal analyses and data from similar-sized states, a well regulated adult use cannabis market in New Hampshire could generate: $25 – 50+ million per year once mature ( estimates from past legislative studies) This revenue could create a real surplus, significantly reduce pressure on property taxes, and help pay down $390 million state debt all without ever creating an income tax.
