This man overheard a woman say that “transwomen” have it easy because they don’t get a period, and he interrupted her conversation to rant about how it’s actually a million times harder to be trans, listing all these things that he does to himself to look more feminine in order to shut her up. Key words: “does to himself.” Every single item on this man’s list is something he chooses. No one made him get laser hair removal. No one makes him take estrogen. He inflicts all of this on himself, and then he had the nerve to use it as a trump card to silence a woman — who wasn’t even talking to him, mind you — because he didn’t like what she was saying to someone else about her own experiences as a woman. She wasn’t even saying anything that anyone could consider transphobic. All she said was that “transwomen” are lucky not to have to deal with menstruation - but this guy just couldn’t stand the thought that someone he didn’t even know might not realize that he was the most victimy victim ever to be victimized (by his own choices, mind you). To make her feel as bad as possible, he butted into her private conversation to transplain just how much he’s suffered at his own hands for the sake of his precious euphoria boner, and to make her feel like crap for daring to talk to her friend about her own problems, instead of properly acknowledging his status as the World’s Most Victimized Man.
