@British_Airways Shouted at by a senior member of staff at Heathrow. Tried to escalate to be told he, Slamy, was the most senior. He was dismissive and had no interest helping me resolve my issue. Strongly suggest looking at your staff training.

Every single time I travel with @British_Airways the service gets worse. Today is no exception. Customers service zero. I get more from my @NandosUK loyalty card than my gold BA card.

@British_Airways I have a serious security issue/concern I need to discuss with someone. I have raised a complaint and had no response. This again is a concern due to the nature of the issue.
