Jesus is the Son of the Living God. Sharing my experiences from following Him and the Revelations He has Permitted me to see and Understand

🕊️Imminent Rapture 🕊️ 1 Thessalonians 1:10 (KJV) “And to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, even Jesus, which delivered us from the wrath to come.” The Thessalonians (and us now) are told who they should be waiting for and why they should hope in His coming. This “wrath to come” is not “hell” or the “lake of fire” by which we are now saved by His works, the death (blood) of the cross, burial, and resurrection. But this wrath is the prophetic day of the Lord, spoken of by the prophets as God’s judgment on the earth. The rest of the epistle explains—1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 (how we are delivered, by the Rapture) and 1 Thessalonians 5:1-10 (the “wrath to come”). The Rapture is the NEXT event for the Church. Clear instructions and the priority 1. “to wait”—patience in anticipating 2. “for his Son”—Jesus, who is ordered here to come next 3. “who he raised”—resurrection, as a reminder of what Christ’s coming accomplishes. 4. “From the wrath to come”—that which takes place AFTER the rapture of the Church, the Tribulation period.

The Judgment Christ was not judged at the cross. Sin was judged. See Romans 8:3. Christ was not defeated at the cross. Sin was defeated. See 1 Corinthians 15:56-57 Christ did not deserve the cross. Sinners did. You and I did. See Ephesians 2:4-5. Rom 5:8 “But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”
