Another reason why spending your Sunday evening fear mongering about the red futures market is a pointless task. Trump just now: 1. Postponing energy strikes on Iranian power plants. 2. Productive conversations over the last 48 hours. So far the markets like it, but we're nowhere near to having any conclusive evidence still. Stay patient.

So let’s get a sense of the vibes now that Trump has said this… If you aren’t long, would you go long? If you are long, would you derisk? If you are short, would you double down? The war isn’t over, but this shows Trump might not want to escalate as much as people think…

TRUMP: - POSTPONING ENERGY STRIKES ON IRANIAN POWER PLANTS - WE HAVE HAD VERY STRONG AND PRODUCTIVE CONVERSATIONS OVER THE PAST TWO DAYS We’ve been through this story so many times. Every time. Every single time. Not sure if this is the official TACO but markets like it.

I’ve been spending a lot of time thinking about how the AI and robotics revolution will play out Where the bottlenecks may be, and what sectors might accordingly have the most investment potential Energy and raw materials keep coming to mind. There is no shortage of speculative, next-generation tech companies in these spaces. Companies that show a lot of potential, but burn cash and have no meaningful revenues, let alone profits. I figure over the next decade, a lot (most?) of these companies will fail. But for anyone who can choose them right, the return potential will be enormous 🧠

@DumbMoneyTV @ChrisCamillo I just sent this video to my daughter. I told her to keep an eye out for things that are trending on tik tok. Yesterday she brought this product to my attention and I literally bought shares of the stock yesterday lol

FUTURES Worst futures open we’ve had in a while. S&P $SPX has held $6700 all year and futures are showing that level being taken out.

One stock I'm mulling over a lot lately is $AEHR. It's starting to look more like a necessity in the AI buildout and less like a speculative bet. As more and more bottlenecks appear, more ways of chips "failing" increases... i.e. thermal, packaging, interconnect failures. Thermal is the biggest one though. More advanced chips means more heat which means more likely chips melt down. This is where $AEHR comes in. They stress test ever chip. But here's where the numbers get interesting: Currently analysts are estimating $82M in revenue in FY27. You can make quite a reasonable case that $82M is VERY conservative by just replacing what management has said and doing some simple numbers on bookings and capacity. 1. Management's own $60-80M 2H FY26 booking guide vs $25-$30M revenue all but guarantees a large backlog entering FY27. 2. Majority of these bookings are high value AI wafer and package level burn in, not low margin legacy orders. 3. Sonoma AI ASIC forecasts starting to ship in Q1 FY27. 4. The $14M AI processor order, silicon photonics follow on, and rising early Q3 bookings is already underway. Put simply, I'd argue if $AEHR actually books anywhere near $60-80M in 2H FY26 and converts even a normal portion of that... $82M seems like a bearish forecast. The question is then whether +80% expected growth in FY27 warrants a 17x sales multiple... and I think it does. I think it's time for $AEHR to rerate now in the midst of this CapEx cycle.

Dario Amodei, Anthropic’s boss, says he will challenge Donald Trump’s ban in court. Last week the Trump administration banned federal agencies from using Anthropic’s AI tools after the firm insisted that its main model not be used for mass surveillance or autonomous weapons. @zannymb asks Mr Amodei about the power struggle and the difficulty of preventing an AI race to the bottom.
