@Thelastlomax @zachdespart So true. I had an attorney tell me it was unfair to give his client only a week to respond to my questions.
A few weeks ago, a public relations spokesperson told me they needed more than 48 hours to give me a response. I was asking for a statement to a very simple question.

𝐅𝐀𝐓𝐀𝐋 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐈𝐍 𝐕𝐒. 𝐏𝐄𝐃𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐈𝐀𝐍 𝐂𝐑𝐀𝐒𝐇 SJSO is on scene of a fatal crash involving a train vs. pedestrian. North and southbound lanes at US1 and Lewis Speedway are unaffected, however, east and westbound lanes of the intersection are blocked until further notice. There is a large law enforcement presence in the area. The SJSO Major Crimes Unit is investigating.

At 4:26 p.m., SJSO deputies responded to a shooting in a construction area near the intersection of Crimson Leaf Dr. and Johns Island Parkway. Deputies identified three male victims. One male victim suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead on scene. Deputies attempted life saving measures, however, the victim succumbed to his injuries. Two males were transported to area hospitals. The status of both is unknown. The male suspect, fled the scene, with another male. Deputies located the suspect vehicle at 4:53 p.m. driving westbound at SR206. Deputies made contact with the suspect and passenger at the Love’s Travel Stop. Both were detained and transported to the SJSO Criminal Investigations Division. The suspect and victims are co-workers. There is no threat to the community. The SJSO Major Crimes Unit is investigating. The State Attorney’s Office is on scene. Further information will be released as it comes available.

Ubicaciones: Amplias zonas, incluyendo el estado de Jalisco (con Puerto Vallarta, Chapala y Guadalajara), el estado de Baja California (con Tijuana, Tecate y Ensenada), el estado de Quintana Roo (con Cancún, Cozumel, Playa del Carmen y Tulum), y zonas de los estados de Guanajuato, Guerrero, Michoacán, Oaxaca, Nuevo León y Tamaulipas.
Evento: Debido a las operaciones de seguridad en curso y los bloqueos de carreteras y la actividad delictiva derivados de ellas, los ciudadanos estadounidenses que se encuentren en las ubicaciones mencionadas deben permanecer en sus refugios hasta nuevo aviso.
Se ha ordenado a todo el personal del Gobierno de los Estados Unidos en el Consulado General de Tijuana y a todo el personal del Gobierno de los Estados Unidos en los estados de Guerrero, Michoacán y Quintana Roo que permanezcan en sus hogares. Se ha ordenado a todo el personal del gobierno de EE. UU. del Consulado General de Monterrey que permanezca en el área metropolitana.
Aunque no se ha cerrado ningún aeropuerto, los bloqueos de carreteras han afectado a las operaciones de las aerolíneas, y se han cancelado algunos vuelos nacionales e internacionales tanto en Guadalajara como en Puerto Vallarta. Se han suspendido todos los servicios de taxi y transporte compartido en Puerto Vallarta. Algunas empresas han suspendido sus operaciones.
Medidas a tomar:
• Busque refugio y minimice los traslados innecesarios. Permanezca en su casa o hotel.
• Evite las zonas donde haya actividad policial.
• Esté atento a su entorno.
• Siga las noticias en los medios de comunicación locales.
• Siga las instrucciones de las autoridades locales y, en caso de emergencia, llame al 911.
• Evite las multitudes.
• Mantenga informados a sus familiares y amigos sobre su paradero y su bienestar por teléfono, mensajes de texto y redes sociales.
