@techspence Yeah most decent AI based agents would identify that attack path

Conversation I see on X: so long pentesters, AI is taking your job!
Conversations I have with clients: The password Winter2025! was valid for a user. We got in through vpn (no mfa). We kerberoasted the built-in admin account and cracked the hash. The password was badass1983!. Oh and your DCs are on the internet, did you know that?
The internet, as amazing as it is, is very much an echo chamber.
If you’re an IT admin or IT/Security leader it’s paramount that you talk to people in the trenches, preferably somewhere other than social media.

Hi everyone <33
Bowser hurt his leg recently and tore his doggy ACL in one of his knees. He’s been in a lot of pain and took him to the vet today.
I was told he needs surgery and it’s roughly $5000 after I dropped about 1k today on diagnostics.
If you don’t know, I lost my job back in January. Which means I definitely don’t have the funds to pay for his surgery.
I’m asking for your help 🫂🫶🏻
1) I have a gofundme where you can donate to Bowser’s medical costs. If I get anything over I’ll be donating it to Sacramento SPCA.

2) If I can’t get donations, I need a job to afford his care. I will be at both BSidesSF and RSAC, I’m more than happy to say hi and drop a card for any job opportunity. I am not picky and can do most work in any tech stack. linkedin.com/in/kali-jackso…
If you’ve made it this far I appreciate you very much for reading. Thank you 💜

@benhackshealth Yes to all of this and yes it’s totally worth it

Everybody can get in shape - but the real freedom comes in knowing how to stay in shape.
I have had catch up calls with every client over the past 2 weeks and there was one common theme -
I asked them what the biggest win was or what the next goal is and genuinely around 50% said:
Consistency.
Some followed up with ‘I know that is not much of a goal’ or ‘maybe that’s not a real win’..
But for people that have struggled with their health, their weight, fitness for decades - finding a way to remain consistent is actually the missing piece of the puzzle.
I know there are a lot of people that are looking for ‘the secret’ and as someone who has managed to stay in relatively decent shape for the past 12 years, here are some rules to live by…
Step 1 - commit to actually giving a fuck about yourself. Self care is the highest form of self respect.
Step 2 - stop passing the blame - the job, the travel, the stress, family life, the ‘used to be an athlete’ are honestly, all bullshit excuses.
Once you accept that the reason you are in the position you are right now is down to a compounding effect of shitty choices, made over a long period of time - you also realise that if you make a change, today and continue to make better choices, they will also compound over time.
IE - you are in control.
Step 3 - do these things, daily…
Move, intentionally - walking, cardio, weight and resistance training. Do 1 or 2 of these, every day.
Eat like an adult - prioritise protein, have well rounded meals, eat vegetables. Stay within your calories.
Hydrate yourself - drinking 3-4L water per day is honestly the easiest, biggest bang for buck thing that you can do to improve how you look and how you feel.
Be consistent with your sleep and wake time - find a window that works for you and get at least 7hours sleep every night.
Step 4 - change your environment - the likelihood is - the physical and digital spaces that you exist in are built around the habits and behaviours you have and in turn are probably making it more difficult to change - audit the things around you - what serves you and what doesn’t - remove the things that don’t and do more of the things that do.
Step 5 - continue to do this…forever. I am sorry to tell you that the 12 week transformation isn’t going to work. You need to commit to showing up for yourself for the rest of your life. It isn’t just about losing some weight or a short term change - it is a complete lifestyle change, an identity overhaul.
Sounds difficult, right? It is. It is hard as fuck and that is why most people don’t do it. Most people would rather accept things for how they, continue to make excuses and tell themselves that they will get to it ‘after this thing’.
The truth? The longer you put it off, the more difficult it will be.
The choice is yours…
If you are ready to make a change, sick of how you look and feel - send me a DM and I will tell you how I can help.

My algorithm on X is literally filled with "OMG DID YOU SEE THIS AMAZING 100% MAKE 10 BILLION DOLLARS WITH THIS ONE PROMPT" feed.
I just want dog photos, some occasional @HackingLZ rants, and hacking with some actual useful AI mixed in 😂

For those not keeping up with Formula 1 (aka the pinnacle of motorsport): new regulations require 50% of power from electric. But the batteries run out. So the top speed drops from 300->250, just to charge the batteries again.
This is shameful and has noting to do with racing 😬

@benhackshealth My brain says don’t go somewhere sunny during winter, delay the pleasure and make it more rewarding
But should sunlight be a reward or just something that is a basic quality of life ☠️

Competing on stage was not on my bingo card when I spoke to @benhackshealth but here we are 🏴☠️
I am 20kg heavier now and still more time to grow. Going to be dramatic difference when I step back on stage this year #wehackhealth
