Why level ZERO?
You know the start part of the game, where you are forced to do all the bullshit boring stuff that you don’t want to do before you get into the actual game.
This is that.
The irony is, the things you rush past or convince yourself don’t matter - are the exact things keeping you stuck in the eternal failure loop.
You want to lose weight.
You default to aggressive fat-loss and eliminate every ounce of joy in the foods that you love because you deem them ‘bad’.
Massive calorie deficit.
Grind through it - because it should be punishment, right? 🙄
And yes, that works.
Until it doesn’t.
It lacks structure, long term thinking and planning this into something that you can execute on year round.
I have not marketed level ZERO as a fat loss program - because that is not going to be the focus.
It may be the outcome - which is fine.
The focus is on installing a system and infrastructure that fits into your life to ensure you can make progress in whatever direction you want to - that you can execute on the best days, the worst days, the holidays and even zero-days.
We will start with identity.
Who you are right now.
Who you want to become.
And what part of you needs to die to make that a reality.
This becomes the foundation for every move you make from here on in.
Is this decision inline with the person I want to become - Y/n_
No motivation, no negotiation.
Nutrition - an education. Calories aren’t tracked to restrict you, they are tracked to teach you. How can you make change without awareness? How can you be aware without data?
Sleep? You know that thing that we are supposed to do every night - for like 8 hours…right? How’s that going? What is the impact of that not only on your fat loss efforts - but energy and focus levels through the day?
And look - I am not expecting perfection - but a simple set of boundaries around sleep and wake time.
Training will become your behaviour anchor. The perspective shift is moving from training for a specific outcome - to training, because you are a bad ass motherfucker who likes to lift heavy shit.
It’s not tied to a specific outcome, it’s not a punishment - it becomes the thing that holds the rest of your behaviours in place.
Stress isn’t something we are going to be able to get rid of. It is also not something that just comes from work, relationships, finances or being chased by a bear - training and those random HIIT workouts you’re getting online - are just adding to the load.
The most overlooked aspect of this whole thing is the one that is right in front of your face - I don’t mean your laptop - your environment - physical and biological. Is your desk or office a total shit show. What about the rest of the spaces you exist in - are they set up for success or are they just another clusterfuck that is going to leave you running round in circles chasing the same goal that you have been for the past decade?
That’s the work.
Eight weeks of building foundations properly - so progress in any direction becomes predictable.
We kick off Jan 12th - it’s 8 weeks, if you can’t commit to 8 weeks, you’re cooked.
We will cover everything that has been mentioned above, there are 2 weekly group calls, private discord comms channels, education library and access to the full coaching team from mobility to mindset and everything in between.
And look - if you’re as bought into the gaming side as I am - we have leaderboards, compliance rates, side quests and magic internet points.
Yes - some people move faster for magic internet points - we’ll use whatever works. The results don’t care why you showed up - they just care that you did.
Points also do mean prizes - after 8 weeks we will review the leader board - third place will get their initial investment back, second place will win 6 months 1:1 coaching and first place - a full years 1:1 coaching - plus some spot prizes for side quests along the way - can’t argue with that.
And if you think you can argue with that - our ‘hard to fail’ guarantee means that if you complete the 8 weeks with over 80% compliance and you’re not feeling more in control, you’ll get a full refund.
If you can’t commit to eight weeks to improve your mood, energy, focus, sleep, relationships, and capacity for the next decade, then the problem isn’t time.
We start on Monday
I’ll see you there.
