I have postponed my trip to Iperu, Ogun State. My first duty at this moment is to stand with the people of Plateau.
I will be in Jos to commiserate with families who have lost loved ones and to reaffirm that those who seek to spread fear will not prevail. We will continue to strengthen our security response and ensure that justice is done.
From Plateau, I will proceed to Lagos to observe Good Friday, and then continue with scheduled engagements in Ogun, Lagos, and Bayelsa focused on infrastructure, trade, and economic growth.
In moments of grief, we must stand together. In moments of progress, we must keep building.
The work continues. Nigeria First.

Someone I was also with at the Moshood Abiola National stadium in Abuja just the other day.
He’s now a WWE super star representing us globally. 🔥🇳🇬

Yoruba is a tonal language. One misplaced accent mark changes everything.
Ọkọ means husband.
Ọkọ̀ means vehicle.
Ọkọ́ means hoe.
Three words. Same letters. Different tones. Different worlds.
For years, AI ignored that, until we built our own tools.
Ikeoluwa Abioye, a 23-year-old Nigerian engineer, created Alarino, an app that translates Yoruba with proper tone marks. She built it because Google Translate kept failing her mother tongue.
Yankari, a dataset of over 30 million Yoruba tokens from 51,000+ documents, was developed by researchers presenting at AfricaNLP 2025. It pulls from folklore, film dialogue, and everyday speech, not just words, but memory.
At UNILAG, Dr. Adedoyinsola Eleshin and the Institute of African and Diaspora Studies partnered with PlotWeaver (CEO Oluwole Fagbohun) to build the largest curated Yoruba corpus covering oral traditions, chants, and tonal expressions.
Because a language isn't just how you speak. It's how you think. How you pray. How you know who you are.
AI isn't saving Yoruba. We are. We're just using AI to do it.
Which words would you like to teach @grok today?

On Bill2Policy, we simplify policies so Nigerians can see their real impact. Today’s focus is the NELFUND Act, 2024, sponsored by Michael Opeyemi Bamidele—expanding access to education by removing barriers and supporting students beyond tuition.
With over 1.7 million applications, 1.3 million beneficiaries, and ₦227.5 billion disbursed, this is more than policy—it’s real change in action. This is Bill2Policy.
