@DeoghuriaSuman1 @SamsungIndia Visit a Samsung Service Centre, where the free replacement will be initially denied. Ensure a job sheet is created, then escalate the matter by writing to the Service Head or the CEO Helpdesk team requesting a review. You should receive a call within 3–4 days.

So, a thing is happening with my S25. The paint has started to wear off, even though I never removed it from my case. Kinda weird for a flagship, that too in less than 6 months? So I walked into the Mumbai service center(BKC), and guess what, many other S25 users are facing the same. My flatmate's S25 Ultra is also going through the same situation. The staff told me that it's a "common issue" with the S25 series colors, but nothing to worry....🤔 I am glad that I have the Samsung Care+ with ADLD insurance, but what about those without it? If they get a green line, then you guys will instantly reject the device, and it's not even a user error. Extremely disappointing, not gonna lie. Also is anyone of you guys facing this issue as well???? @SamsungIndia @SamsungMobile @Samsung #s25

The only suggestion I can offer is to try escalating it to the Service Head or CEO Helpdesk and request a review for a free replacement. In my case, nothing worked. Even the NCH grievance was closed by Samsung India, citing that it's out of warranty. Legal action is the only option left.

@SamsungIndia @SamsungAU My sister purchased 2 Samsung S21 Fe in November 2022 from Australia. With a recent Samsung official update, both the phone screen started showing green line issue. @SamsungIndia denied to replace the screen for free and asked me to pay 11k for each phone

Most of these devices used Samsung displays. And frankly, no other brand plays the bait-and-switch game quite like Samsung. They’re quick to publish announcements about free replacements and extended support for the infamous green line issue, only to later deny eligibility using vague, arbitrary excuses. Despite widespread reports, Samsung hasn’t issued a clear official statement acknowledging the defect.

Samsung’s One UI 7 update wrecked my S22 Ultra with a green line. The service center refused a free fix, citing a scam 3-yr policy, despite their free screen replacement program until Sep 2025. My phone is 3 yrs & 4 months old. They asked for 24k! No dents, no scratches.

Here's why: ✅ Better display with the awesome anti reflective coating ✅ Faster charging (45W > 27W) ✅ Much more powerful processor (8 Gen 3 > Tensor G4) ✅ Better set of AI features ✅ More complete camera setup (Better portraits, selfies, and videos) ✅ More accessible and higher quality after sales service While the Pixel 9 Pro looks awesome and is actually the best Pixel that you can buy in India, it still doesn't match the overall value for money deal that the S24 Ultra is. Everything runs smoothly until you have to deal with Samsung India's customer service. Unfortunately, they show little to no concern. If you search for 'Samsung green line' here on X, you'll find numerous people sharing similar experiences over the past two years. Hundreds of Customers faced Orange Screen Issue on their Samsung Watch 4 Classic LTE in last one year after Software Update. On Samsung forums, X, and other forums. Many raised their voice, nothing was done. My Samsung Watch 4 Classic LTE watch also has same issue after 1 year 9 Months of Usage 😀 Just happened Last Week. I had posted about it on X. What did I do: - I got a Quality Check from Service Centre which confirmed that my watch was perfectly ok on the Hardware Side. They quoted ₹6600 to change the display. - Escaled the case to Head Office to compensate for the issue and repair my Watch. Shared other complaints also with them. - Samsung has Today confirmed that they will NOT take any Responsibility for this Problem and Customer will have to Pay for this Issues after Waranty Period. My Learnings: - If an Electronic Product gets defective after Software Update, Company won't take Responsibility - Customers will be Forced to Upgrade or Buy the Latest Product, even though they take good care of it. Just didn't Feel Right. - Brand doesn't matter anymore. @SamsungIndia doesn't take responsibility. Very disappointing. This has left a bad taste of using this Brand. The Watch was a Good One, but the Fact that the Company didn't stand by the customer inspite of sharing so much with them, so many other issues etc. Writing this publicly so that my audience can understand how @Samsung operates in such cases. I really thought they would stand by customers and take some responsibility. Clearly they have not 👍 Need to find another product now 🔥 Please Share this Widely and Share your Concerns on this Thread. Maybe more people will get Aware. Samsung Team - Please Own Such Issues. It will send a stronger message than just ignore it ❤️ #FI

Spoke to #PakistanAirForce Chief ACM Zaheer Ahmed Baber yesterday. The PAF brought down the IAF's entire kill chain on May 5-10. Satellite downlinks were scuttled, radars jammed and GPS killed. IAF was fortunate not to lose more than four , yes four, Rafales.

Quick disclaimer - ⚠️ Get a Samsung device at your own risk. ⚠️ While the S24U deal is very good, Samsung's after sales service is basically useless at this point. There's no guarantee that you'll get proper support if you get display lines on you device. This applies for all Samsung devices. I have first hand experience as to how difficult they can be with multiple users. Just get the iPhone 16. ✅ iQOO Neo 10R is good for gamers and if you prioritize performance ✅ S24 Ultra for ₹75k is a great deal and an easy recommendation if you want a well rounded phone ❌ Skip the OnePlus Watch 2. Too many compromises on features. You can get the Galaxy Watch 7 on discount for ₹17k More deals will be revealed in the coming days.
