@SamsungAU @SamsungIndia Once again, I received the same update from @SamsungAU . Since my phone was purchased outside India or beyond the warranty period, you’re unable to take responsibility for the repair. But, my phones are malfunctioned due to your official update.

I've been through this exact situation. Samsung India will flatly deny responsibility, citing the "overseas model" excuse—they just need a reason to refuse a free replacement. Samsung Australia, on the other hand, will ask you to ship the phone back and forth at your own expense for inspection. They won’t coordinate with Samsung India regarding a customer’s issue, even when it involves a known display defect.
