@HMRCcustomers I submitted a claim for a refund on 25/09/2025. I have not yet received it despite me getting a text from you this morning saying it should have been dealt with by 09/10/25. When will it be paid?

@RoyalMail why do I only get one delivery a week? Letters posted to me last week are yet to arrive. I complained online today and a couple of hours later got an email congratulating yourselves for sorting my complaint! Er, you haven’t-at all.

We've worked out why some saying it doesn't work... Three has confirmed there is an issue impacting 159 calls made from some Android devices via its network (including Smarty and iD Mobile). It says it is working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

@kelvmackenzie 18 mins? What planet are you on? Took me 40 mins and then they said they would reply to a letter sent in June 24 by August 25!

@HMRCcustomers I don’t think you understand. The web chat can’t deal with my query and I have tried the helpline 3 days in succession without an answer. Awful service

Hi @HMRCcustomers I wrote to you in June 2024 requesting an amendment to an earlier tax return but have not received a reply. Your website says I should have heard from you by Dec 2024 but nothing. Can you help?

Hey @nectar why is it so difficult registering a new card? My old one was hacked and you sent me a replacement but it is impossible to login or register. Credit cards are easier than @nectar Help!

Pity @andersen_ev don’t spend as much time looking after their existing customers as they do soliciting new ones. Our charger was installed in October 23 and now won’t charge. An engineer won’t come out for 10 days. #poorservice
