We've worked out why some saying it doesn't work... Three has confirmed there is an issue impacting 159 calls made from some Android devices via its network (including Smarty and iD Mobile). It says it is working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Pity @andersen_ev don’t spend as much time looking after their existing customers as they do soliciting new ones. Our charger was installed in October 23 and now won’t charge. An engineer won’t come out for 10 days. #poorservice
